"THEY HAVE TRANSGRESSED THE LAWS,
CHANGED THE ORDINANCE,
BROKEN THE EVERLASTING COVENANT."

Isaiah 24:5

To introduce this topic we quote directly from the great prophet Isaiah who saw our day and rendered a stinging diatribe of modern Israel's contempt for God's laws and ordinances:

The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left. (Isaiah 24:5-6)

Remembering that the Gospel with its saving and exalting laws and ordinances was held in trust for God's people through the Abrahamic Covenant, we expect to see Isaiah's prophetic diatribe fulfilled. Let us now see how such a thing could happen.

In the 1800s Joseph Smith restored the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the earth including its laws and ordinances. With respect to the necessity of obeying these laws and ordinances, he said:

All men who become heirs of God and joint heirs with Jesus Christ will have to receive the fulness of the ordinances of his kingdom; and those who will not receive all the ordinances will come short of the fullness of that glory, if they do not lose the whole. (TPJS, p. 309)

If a man gets a fullness of the priesthood of God he has to get it in the same way that Jesus Christ obtained it, and that was by keeping all the commandments and obeying all the ordinances of the house of the Lord. (TPJS, p. 308)

Joseph said that these ordinances were of the Priesthood and were not to be changed, ever! This is what he had to say:

Ordinances instituted in the heavens before the foundation of the world, in the priesthood, for the salvation of men, are not to be altered or changed. All must be saved on the same principles. (TPJS, p. 308)
. . .the ordinances must be kept in the very way God has appointed; otherwise their Priesthood will prove a cursing instead of a blessing. (TPJS, p. 169)

If there is no change of ordinances, there is no change of Priesthood. (TPJS, p. 158)

Where there is no change of priesthood, there is no change of ordinances, says Paul. If God has not changed the ordinances and the priesthood, howl, ye sectarians! If he has, when and where has He revealed it? (TPJS, p. 308)

Now the purpose in Himself in the winding up scene of the last dispensation is that all things pertaining to that dispensation should be conducted precisely in accordance with the preceding dispensations. . . .He set the ordinances to be the same forever and ever, and set Adam to watch over them, to reveal them from heaven to man, or to send angels to reveal them. (TPJS, p. 168)

We bear solemn witness that Joseph Smith, Jr. was and still is the dispensation head of this last dispensation of the fulness of times. Before his martyrdom, he put in place God's unchangeable ordinances that will save and exalt the elect of Israel. As he said, they were not to be altered or changed. Now, there are those who profess to possess the very keys which he possessed in mortality, but it is a lie. Listen to what the Lord said:

Verily I say unto you, the keys of this kingdom shall never be taken from you, while thou art in the world, neither in the world to come; Nevertheless, through you shall the oracles (revelations--not keys) be given to another, yea, even unto the church. And all they who receive the oracles of God, let them beware how they hold them lest they are accounted as a light thing, and are brought under condemnation thereby, and stumble and fall when the storms descend, and the winds blow, and the rains descend, and beat upon their house. (D & C 90:3-5)

The early brethren understood very well that Joseph Smith held the keys of this dispensation and would until the dispensation's conclusion. On the 9th of October 1859, President Brigham Young told the saints in General Conference:

Joseph Smith holds the keys of this last dispensation, and is now engaged behind the vail in the great work of the last days. ...I will now tell you something that ought to comfort every man and woman on the face of the earth. Joseph Smith junior, will again be on this earth dictating plans and calling forth his brethren to be baptized for the very characters who wish this was not so, in order to bring them into a kingdom . . . (Journal of Discourses, Vol. 7:289)

Just after the martyrdom, Elder Parley P. Pratt of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles was walking from Peoria, Illinois en route to Nauvoo. As he was on his way down a road in broad daylight, he received the following from the Lord:

My servant Joseph Smith still holds the keys of my kingdom in this dispensation, and he shall stand in due time on the earth, in the flesh, and fulfill that to which he is appointed. (Autobiography of Parley P. Pratt, p. 368)

Apostle Franklin D. Richards also understood this concept and spoke upon this topic:

So it is with the Prophet Joseph Smith. He has gone before with the keys of this dispensation, after having lived and conferred them upon the authorities of the church, even all that was necessary until he shall come again to build up this kingdom preparatory to the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Franklin D. Richards, 30 August 1885, Journal of Discourses, Vol. 26:302)

It is obvious that Joseph's successors only had sufficient keys left to them to promote and maintain what Joseph had set in motion. It is generally left to a dispensation head's successors to call the people to repentance and bring them back to the laws and ordinances the dispensation head put in place. For a more thorough explanation of this concept see the pamphlet Joseph Smith, Jr.

These are the very concepts behind the doctrines (laws and ordinances) for which Joseph was willing to die. In fact, he sealed his testimony and bound up the law upon this dispensation when the wicked mob on 27 June 1844 spilled his blood. Read the inspired words penned after that tragedy by John Taylor, who was with him at the martyrdom:

Joseph Smith, the Prophet and Seer of the Lord, has done more, save Jesus only, for the salvation of men in this world, than any other man that ever lived in it. . . .He lived great, and he died great in the eyes of God and his people; and like most of the Lord's anointed in ancient times, has sealed his mission and his works with his own blood. . . (D & C 135:3)

Who, then, would have the audacity to open the seal that Joseph put in place to dare alter or change the laws and ordinances he delivered from God to this last dispensation to save and exalt Israel? Only the Destroyer of God's works would attempt such a course. It is ludicrous to even suppose that Joseph, from the other side of the veil, would "inspire" those claiming to have the keys to change what he, himself, said could not be changed. To do so would make a liar of himself. To change the unchangeable is what constitutes priestcraft. Let us now look at some of the changes that have been put in place by those claiming keys, so they meet the conveniences and notions of the people.

BAPTISM

Since baptism is one of the most fundamental of doctrines, it is almost inconceivable that the Latter-day Saints would apostatize from a most important segment of this doctrine. In fact, for the most part, Latter-day Saints are not even aware of such an apostasy. The segment of the doctrine forgotten is RE-baptism. It is a very integral part of the restoration. One participates in the outward ordinance of baptism to wash sins away after sincere repentance from those sins. To suppose that a person once baptized is forever free from future sinful acts is, indeed, vain imagination. Therefore, the Lord in His mercy reintroduced into this dispensation the doctrine of rebaptism as a continuing principle for the purifying and sanctifying of the elect of Israel who continue the journey to Christ through repentance. Thousands of rebaptisms were performed for the faithful in the first half of this dispensation to their benefit and blessing. The Prophet Joseph Smith, President Brigham Young and many others taught and practiced this doctrine. For example:

I know that in my traveling and preaching, many a time I have stopped by beautiful streams of clear, pure water, and have said to myself, " How delightful it would be to me to go into this, to be baptized for the remission of my sins." When I got home, Joseph told me it was my privilege. At this time, came a revelation, that the Saints could be baptized and rebaptized when they chose... (Brigham Young, Journal of Discourses, Vol. 18, p. 241)

It has been pointed out that President Brigham Young was baptized seven times and that just two years before he died he was rebaptized.

Sat. 17, 1875 -- Pres. Brigham Young, his counselors and others renewed their covenants by baptism at Ephraim, Sanpete Co. (Utah). This example was subsequently followed by the Saints generally. (Church Chronology, p. 94)

Rebaptism has been a part of the doctrine practically from the start and there were great rebaptismal efforts or reformations in 1847, 1854 through 1856, and thereafter for a time. There are hundreds of records of this ordinance being practiced. The object and benefit of rebaptism is for the remission of repented sin and resulted in a renewing of covenants. The participant, once again, started afresh and was excited to live the Gospel better than ever before. Baptism/rebaptism was and is practiced for the following reasons:

1. Remission of sins
2. Entrance/reentrance into the Church
3. Renewal of lost records
4. Renewing of covenants
5. Entering marriage (first or plural)
6. Entering the United Order
7. Healing of the sick
8. In accepting new Church position
9. Upon entering a major change in life or lifestyle.

The ancients also practiced rebaptism as is clearly shown by Moroni in the following from the Book of Mormon:

And now I speak concerning baptism. Behold, elders, priests, and teachers were baptized; and they were not baptized save they brought forth fruit meet that they were worthy of it. (Moroni 6:1)

Elders, priests, and teachers were members of the church being rebaptized. This doctrine has always been a part of the Gospel, and President Brigham Young's counsel of the past is just as sound today as it was then. He counseled the Saints after arriving in the mountains:

My advice to you is, go and be baptized for the remission of sins, and start afresh, that temptation may not overcome you again; pause and reflect, that you be not overcome by the evil one unawares. (Brigham Young, Journal of Discourses, Vol. 1, p. 324)

My counsel to them today is, as it has been on former occasions to all who have come into these valleys, go and be baptized for the remission of sins, repenting of all your wanderings from the path of righteousness, believing firmly in the name of Jesus Christ, that all your sins will be washed away ...I have heard some of you cursing and swearing, even some of the Elders of Israel. I would be baptized seven times, were I in your place; I would not stop teasing some good Elder to baptize me again and again, until I could think my sins forgiven. I would not live over another night until I was baptized enough to satisfy me that my sins were forgiven. Then go and be confirmed, as you were when you first embraced the religion of Jesus. That is my counsel. (Brigham Young, Journal of Discourses, Vol. 2, p. 8, 9)

What a glorious truth! As we grow and progress in the works of righteousness we might be rebaptized for the remission of sins we have committed along the way. From the early part of the dispensation, rebaptism was considered an important doctrine having its inception with the Prophet Joseph Smith himself. Only deceived and/or wicked men would change or take away this magnificent truth identified as rebaptism. However, in 1897, after the Latter-day Saints had already rejected many of God's requirements for exaltation, they began rejecting rebaptism as an important requirement for salvation. As rebaptism became more controversial, George Q. Cannon of the First Presidency announced in General Conference:

We hear a good deal of talk about re-baptism, and the First Presidency and Twelve have felt that so much re-baptism ought to be stopped. (Conference Report, Oct. 1897, p. 68)

Israel's leaders had lost the truth that rebaptism was to help the sinner to again obtain the spirit of the Gospel. By the turn of the century, re-baptism was buried in the annals of this dispensation's history. Truly, Israel had turned from the pristine truth God had given through the Prophet Joseph Smith for the deliverance of His people. Today it is a forgotten doctrine for most and is the privilege of a rare few who know, believe and practice the truth. Let us once again ponder the words of a true prophet:

In the first place, if you were re-baptized for the remission of sins, peradventure you may receive again the Spirit of the Gospel in its glory, light and beauty; but if your hearts are so engrossed in the things of this world, that you do not know whether you want to be re-baptized or not, you had better shut yourselves up in some canyon or closet, to repent of your sins, and call upon the name of the Lord, until you get His spirit. (Brigham Young, Journal of Discourses 1:324)

Rebaptism is a truth buried in Israel's latter-day apostasy!--a great tragedy!

SACRAMENT

Doctrine and Covenants Section 20 identifies who God has chosen to administer the Sacrament. We read that one of the duties of an elder is:

40 And to administer bread and wine--the emblems of the flesh and blood of Christ--

Administering the sacrament is not just an elder's privilege, or right; it is his duty! Further on we read:

46 The priest's duty is to preach, teach, expound, exhort, and baptize, and administer the sacrament. . .
49 And he is to take the lead of meetings when there is no elder present;
50 But when there is an elder present, he is only to preach, teach, expound, exhort, and baptize.

Comparing verses 46 and 50:

46 The priest's duty is to preach, teach, expound, exhort, and baptize, and administer the sacrament
50 But when there is an elder present, he is only to preach, teach, expound, exhort, and baptize.

In verse 50, notice there is no mention of a priest administering the sacrament if there is an elder present. Clearly, God intends for Melchizedek Priesthood holders to administer the sacrament to the church. Priests cannot administer it if there is an elder present. As for teachers and deacons, God says:

58 But neither teachers nor deacons have authority to baptize, administer the sacrament, or lay on hands;

According to God's instructions, deacons and teachers have no authority to administer the sacrament. Preparing and passing the sacrament are part of administering the sacrament to the church. Yet these divine commandments are broken every week in nearly every LDS chapel. In the LDS church today, teachers prepare, priests bless and deacons administer that which God declared was to be blessed and administered by elders.

Both the Book of Mormon, Moroni 4:2 and D&C 20:76, explain that the elder or priest should "kneel with the church" during the sacrament prayers. In the early days of this dispensation, the church did kneel as God instructed. This simply is not done anymore in the LDS Church.

Wine was the emblem of the blood of Christ in His dispensation and also in our own. During a time when enemies of the Church were trying to poison the Saints, Joseph Smith set out to purchase some wine to be used for the sacrament. He was met by a heavenly messenger on the way who told him:

Wherefore, a commandment I give unto you, that you shall not purchase wine neither strong drink of your enemies; Wherefore, you shall partake of none except it is made new among you; yea, in this Father's kingdom which shall be built on the earth. (D&C 27:4-5)

For a brief time, Joseph Smith used water to represent the blood of Christ in the sacrament. As soon as the Saints could start to produce their own wine, they again used it for the sacrament.

In D&C 89, God explains again what to use to represent the blood of Christ in the sacrament:

6 And, behold, this should be wine, yea, pure wine of the grape of the vine, of your own make.

D&C 89 was given by the Lord two and one half years after the commandment not to purchase wine from the enemies of the Church. The commandment not to purchase wine for sacrament was a circumstantial instruction, and wine of the Saint's own make is what God would have us use, but the LDS Church today uses water instead of obeying the commandment to use wine.

An emblem of the sacrament has been changed, those who should administer it have been replaced by deacons and it is prepared by teachers, the church does not kneel anymore as God commanded; and priests now administer it when elders are present. This constitutes plain and simple apostasy. This is the changing of an ordinance. Remember, Joseph said:

Ordinances instituted in the heavens before the foundation of the world, in the priesthood, for the salvation of men, are not to be altered or changed. All must be saved on the same principles. (TPJS, p. 308)

All this is evidence of Israel's latter-day apostasy; another tragedy brought on by God's errant sons as they break faith with Him.

ENDOWMENT

There are three parts to a true endowment; covenants, keys, and the instructional setting in which the first two are placed. The covenants of the endowment form the law of God. When the endowed keep their covenants, it leads them to greater blessings from God and eventual exaltation. Joseph Smith said that God's plan for the exaltation of the elect of Israel cannot be altered or changed. Let us, therefore, look at that which the Latter-day Saints have broken, altered and changed.

In every version of the endowment, Satan declares in the Lone and Dreary World that he is the God of this world. In this world, Satan states, "Now is the great day of my power. I reign from the rivers to the ends of the earth. There is none who dares to molest or make afraid." He boldly declares before those who have been charged to liken themselves to Adam and Eve, that he is the self proclaimed God of this world and that he rules on this earth, and there are none present to challenge him. A little later, as Satan is cast from the presence of Peter, James, John, Adam, Eve and the endowment patrons, he says, "I have a word to say concerning these people. If they do not walk up to every covenant they make at these altars in this temple this day, they will be in my power!" It is obvious that those who have power to overcome Satan and possess the earth are those who have received the proper keys and covenants and then use and keep them.

In the first section of the Doctrine and Covenants is given the premier prophecy of the last days in these words:

For I am no respecter of persons, and will that all men shall know that the day speedily cometh; the hour is not yet, but is nigh at hand, when peace shall be taken from the earth, and the devil shall have power over his own dominion. (D&C 1:35)

The Devil's dominion is the whole world and most certainly does not exclude that possessed by Latter-day Saints. This prophecy finds its fulfillment when those who have keys to overcome Satan violate their covenants by changing them and not keeping them. Has this prophecy been fulfilled? President Ezra T. Benson seemed to think so when he declared the following:

We live in a day of great challenge. We live in that time of which the Lord spoke when he said, "Peace shall be taken from the earth, and the devil shall have power over his own dominion." (Conference Report for April 1986, Ezra Taft Benson, Ensign, May 1986, p. 79)

We solemnly proclaim that the Latter-day Saints have abdicated to the power of the Adversary by changing and failing to keep their covenants which is the transgression of God's law to them. During this century, the endowment covenants have undergone several changes to meet the whimsical demands of the people, the LDS leaders and society. Not only have they violated the sacred endowment covenants but have transgressed every other law that would establish a Zion society. They abandoned the doctrine of gathering in which the saints could collectively live the higher principles that would exalt them. (See the pamphlet, The Gathering of the Elect.) They abandoned the higher principles themselves, including celestial plural marriage and consecration. (See the various pamphlets that deal with these principles.)

The transmittal of priesthood keys to the endowee is at the very core of the endowment and one of the great purposes for which it even exists. Satan desires to stop the elect of Israel from obtaining these keys since they constitute the very powers by which he can be overcome and controlled. From the very beginning he has sought to keep God's chosen people from receiving the proper keys or has changed them so they become a corruption of God's priesthood. He always sets his kingdom up in direct opposition to God and as a mockery to God. He often does this by perverting true priesthood keys so they become the corrupted form he calls his own priesthood. When the watchmen who should prevent Satan from doing this become the very ones who perpetrate changes in God's unchangeable keys, then Satan has control over the saints and foists a false priesthood upon them. This is the case with the Latter-day Saints today; priesthood keys were changed on 10 April 1990 and, subsequently, all that is left is priestcraft.

Let us here briefly review. Joseph Smith personally administered the endowment to men like Brigham Young, Wilford Woodruff, and Heber C. Kimball. Near the end of his life, he called together these men and others and diligently taught them the ordinances of the Gospel, how to administer them, and the symbolic meaning and power behind each aspect of each ordinance, including the endowment. Once the ordinances and the authority to perform them had been given to men on the earth, Joseph warned them not to alter them. Remember:

Ordinances instituted in the heavens before the foundation of the world, in the Priesthood, for the salvation of men, are not to be altered or changed. (TPJS, p. 308)

Taking it for granted that the scriptures say what they mean and mean what they say, we have sufficient grounds to go on and prove from the Bible that the gospel has always been the same; the ordinances to fulfill its requirements, the same; and the officers to administer, the same; and the signs and fruits resulting from the promises, the same. (TPJS, p. 264)

And again, God purposed in Himself that there should not be an eternal fullness until every dispensation should be fulfilled and gathered into one, and that all things whatsoever, that should be gathered together in one in those dispensations unto the same fullness and eternal glory, should be in Christ Jesus; therefore, he set the ordinances to be the same forever and ever, and set Adam to watch over them, to reveal them from heaven to man, or to send angels to reveal them. (TPJS, p. 168)

And speaking particularly about the endowment, he said:

The order of the House of God has been, and ever will be the same, even after Christ comes; and after the termination of the thousand years it will be the same. (TPJS, p. 91)

On June 8, 1887, Wilford Woodruff wrote a letter to Logan Temple President Roskelley. Part of it says:

Now, concerning the endowment, in all its phases. My own views are these--that we ought to follow out, as far as we can, the pattern laid down by our leaders. I consider that if there ever was a man who thoroughly understood the principle of the Endowments it was Brigham Young. He has been with Joseph Smith from the beginning of the Endowments, to the end, and he understood it if any man did. And before his death he required me to write a Book, every ordinance of the Church and Kingdom of God, from the first to the last, beginning with baptism, to the last ordinance performed, through every department of the endowments. I was several weeks doing this writing, and President Young corrected it all, until he got through. Then he said to me "Now, THERE YOU HAVE A PATTERN OF ALL THE ORDINANCES OR ENDOWMENTS FOR EVERY TEMPLE WE SHALL BUILD, UNTIL THE COMING OF THE SON OF MAN." Now, if I ever have anything to do or say, in any Temple on the earth, concerning the Endowment, I would say: FOLLOW THE PATTERN THAT PRESIDENT YOUNG HAS SET US, AND NOT DEVIATE FROM IT ONE IOTA. And if we do that, we may have a hundred Temples at work, and all the work and ceremonies will be alike in every Temple. While on the other hand, if every man who is called to preside over a Temple has his own way, and introduces his own form of ceremonies, our Temple work would be as diverse as the sectarian world, and God would not approbate it. Brother Roskelley, I have given endowments in Salt Lake City for twenty years, and I received my endowments under the hand of the Prophet Joseph Smith. I directed the fixing up of the Temple in St. George for giving endowments, under the direction of President Young; since THE RULES ARE WRITTEN FOR OUR GUIDANCE IN ALL FUTURE TIME, I feel very strenuously that in giving Endowments we should all work alike, and NOT DEVIATE FROM THE WRITTEN WORD. (Original in Church Historian's Office, copies in Truth 1:34-35, and Truth 16:42.)

Despite all of the above mentioned instructions to keep the endowment ceremony unchanged, LDS Church leaders have changed the endowment several times over the last century. Between 1902 and 1905 the lecture at the veil that Brigham Young had written was changed to delete the Adam-God doctrine. In 1923 the true garment of the Holy Priesthood was changed to the "street garment" to meet the social whims of the people. In the 1920's the covenants began to be changed. The Initiatory ordinances were substantially changed from washing in a tub to "sprinkling" as done today. In 1975 the long garment was no longer allowed in the temple and people were required to wear the apostate "street garment". The final act of apostasy came on 10 April 1990 when the penalties that accompany the priesthood keys were removed; where there is no penalty there is no law. On that date, the sign of the first token of the Melchizedek Priesthood was changed and the words associated with the sign of the second token of the Melchizedek Priesthood were changed. Also, the special embrace required at the veil was changed. All these changes of God's unchangeable ordinances constitute nothing less than complete apostasy and a fulfillment of the prophecy that the devil would at one day have power over his own dominion. The LDS temples have even now given out Satanic new names such as "Nimrod". If the Latter-day Saints had not sought their place in the world by compromise and concession, they would have never tolerated these changes which have left them in utter apostasy and ripe for God's wrath and vengeance to be poured out upon them.

We have only touched upon some of these changes, but Joseph Smith was plain when he warned:

. . . if any man preach any other Gospel than that which I have preached, he shall be cursed; and some of you who now hear me shall see it, and know that I testify the truth concerning them. (History of the Church, Vol. 6, Ch.17, p. 365)

The Latter-day Saints preach a much different gospel than the true gospel delivered to the dispensation by the Prophet Joseph Smith. They have transgressed every law that would establish a Zion society, changed God's unchangeable ordinances, and as a result broken the everlasting covenant. We repeat the words of Isaiah:

The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.
Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left. (Isaiah 24:5-6)

Moroni saw these things happening in the latter days and lamented in these words as he concluded his father's, Mormon's, record:

Behold, I speak unto you as if ye were present, and yet ye are not. But behold, Jesus Christ hath shown you unto me, and I know your doing. And I know that ye do walk in the pride of your hearts; and there are none save a few only who do not lift themselves up in the pride of their hearts, unto the wearing of very fine apparel, unto envying, and strifes, and malice, and persecutions, and all manner of iniquities; and your churches, yea, even every one, have become polluted because of the pride of your hearts. For behold, ye do love money, and your substance, and your fine apparel, and the adorning of your churches, more than ye love the poor and the needy, the sick and the afflicted. O ye pollutions, ye hypocrites, ye teachers, who sell yourselves for that which will canker, why have ye polluted the holy church of God? Why are ye ashamed to take upon you the name of Christ? Why do ye not think that greater is the value of an endless happiness than that misery which never dies--because of the praise of the world? Why do ye adorn yourselves with that which hath no life, and yet suffer the hungry, and the needy, and the naked, and the sick and the afflicted to pass by you, and notice them not?
Yea, why do ye build up your secret abominations to get gain, and cause that widows should mourn before the Lord, and also orphans to mourn before the Lord, and also the blood of their fathers and their husbands to cry unto the Lord from the ground, for vengeance upon your heads? Behold, the sword of vengeance hangeth over you; and the time soon cometh that he avengeth the blood of the saints upon you, for he will not suffer their cries any longer. (Mormon 8:35-41)

In conclusion, conditions today are as they have been many times before, and the prophets' words are before you as they were carefully recorded by God's servants of previous dispensations. Your LDS leaders have offended God as they have sought power over the people and acceptance by a wicked world. For all practical purposes they have abandoned God's standard, the holy scriptures, and have written in their place the philosophies of men mingled with scripture called the "General Handbook of Instruction", and this leads to ultimate destruction. Through compromise and concession your leaders have brought upon themselves and the deceived people the very conditions that existed in Noah's day, Jeremiah and Lehi's day, Abinadi's day, John the Baptist and Jesus Christ's day, Nephi's (son of Helaman) day, and Mormon and Moroni's day. Once again, the enemy (Satan) has taken over the fort but it still flies the same flag. Your LDS leaders have lead you to the brink of destruction and you with them face the fulfillment of the desolation of abomination prophesied from all dispensations including this one. Isaiah said:

Therefore the LORD will cut off from Israel head and tail, branch and rush, in one day.
The ancient and honourable, he [is] the head; and the prophet that teacheth lies, he [is] the tail.
For the leaders of this people cause [them] to err; and [they that are] led of them [are] destroyed. (Isaiah 9:14-16)

If any of you are inclined to be an Alma, we invite you to speedily repent of your errors and quickly come to Christ. Prosperity, spiritual "warm fuzzies", class distinction through higher education, patting yourselves on the back because of worldly acceptance, sincerity in deception, and declaring that "you are such good people" will only bring remorse in eternity. We declare in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, who is God, that the Latter-day Saints have abandoned the true God and have allowed the Devil to set a false image of the real God in His place. The Latter-day Saints have accepted a false hope in Christ! The words of Hosea apply perfectly:

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. (Hosea 4:6)

We feel as Nephi felt when he said:

And it came to pass that I said unto them that I knew that I had spoken hard things against the wicked, according to the truth; and the righteous have I justified, and testified that they should be lifted up at the last day; wherefore, the guilty taketh the truth to be hard, for it cutteth them to the very center. (1 Nephi 16:2)

Wake up and arise to your awful situation! God will be merciful. He has once again set His hand to reclaim a remnant of Israel. He has offered hope to the repentant and a chance to return to Him. We declare that in fulfillment of the prophets He has sent earthward from heaven the power and authority to live all the law and provide the proper ordinances that justify His children in salvation and exaltation. Read all of the pamphlets produced by The True and Living Church of Jesus Christ of Saints of the Last Days. Then, with a sincere heart, with real intent, pray to God about the message contained therein. He will provide the witness of the Holy Ghost and then you will know for yourself the truth of the matter. However, you must then be willing to sacrifice all things to live the truth. May God help you break from the shackles of deception which have fallen upon the Latter-day Saints.

Please be prayerful about the things you have just read and sincerely inquire of the Lord; for, "...by the power of the Holy Ghost you may know the truth of all things". (Moroni, 10:5)
