I would like to put my personal testimony in writing for all to see and read. My testimony is that God lives and that he knows each of us and our thoughts and actions. To arrive at this point I was a member of the LDS church for about sixty-five years. I knew that the Bible, Book of Mormon, and the Doctrine and Covenants were true witnesses of the true God. I did have some questions such as why did they (the LDS Church) leave the deepest points of the Gospel out of the lessons and lectures given by church officials and when asked about it, they said, "we do not delve into the mysteries." God told us that with study of the scriptures we would receive and understand the mysteries of God. I was also told that the prophets of the old and new testament, Book of Mormon, and Joseph Smith were dead prophets and the only one who could lead us was modern prophets of the LDS church.

I had built up a practice of massage and acupressure for the treatment of physical disorders that was effective in relieving pain in people. However, somehow the local LDS leadership with displeased with this, and I finally was excommunicated from the LDS church because I refused to quit this massage and acupressure treatment. They claimed I was practicing medicine.

My son, Bart, and others were excommunicated for too much food storage and other trivial things. They started attending a series of meetings to learn the true fullness of the Gospel. Bart invited me to attend some of them. I received a personal witness that this was what I should do. As we studied, we were given testimonies to the truthfulness of the scriptures and that we should pray and learn all we could from them. After much personal and group prayer and study, the True and Living Church of Jesus Christ of Saints of the Last Days was organized. It is the only church approved of God in existence today. We have had years of personal and group inspirational and spiritual experience of the true and sacred things of the Lord, and have grown both spiritually and temporally with guidance from the Lord.

Brothers and sisters, I have an unfailing spiritual testimony that we will survive the last days and that God is personally with us at all times. I have felt His presence and been personally aware of the truth of the fullness of the scriptures as given by the Prophet James Harmston and the Apostles. This is a witness of the fullness of Gods eternal plan for all of us if we will accept the Gospel and live it with all our hearts, our thoughts, and our personal actions.

May God bless each of us with the knowledge and witness of His works and the desire and willingness to follow and obey all of His laws and ordinances. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
