We believe that women hold the Priesthood.

When a women receives her Endowment, she is given the exact same Priesthood keys as the men. However, because of the washing she receives prior to the Endowment, she has no responsibility to cleanse herself of the "blood and sins of this generation". Therefore, women do not hold office in the Church, but are free to anoint and give blessings by the Priesthood authority, for the benefit of their families and others.
