North Heiroglyphs

These hieroglyphs may indeed be several thousand years old, predating the Fremont Indian culture. It is interesting to note that these characters are located on the hill directly east of the Temple hill, with the temple itself in full view. To improve their visibility for the photographs, chalk was applied to make them stand out more. When they were originally discovered less than ten years ago, they were covered with lichens.
